For those of you who have been following our travels and adventures, you will remember that we thought we would be homeless on New Year's day and the entire week following that holiday. The good news is we will
not be availing ourselves of Wal-Mart's free RV parking!
We booked 7 days at the Big Lagoon State Park near Robertsdale, Alabama. This park is directly on the Gulf and appears to offer great hiking trails and a lovely beach. We will be posting pics of the park sometime following our stay there. In the meantime, know that we will not be homeless at New Year's!
NOTE: As this is a State Park and the facilities are limited (no WiFi) we will not be blogging or Skyping between January 1 and 8.
In October 2010, Marc and I retired, hit the road and never looked back! Our blog allows us to share stories and photos with other travel enthusiasts. Enjoy!
