Good Idea...Or Not?

While we were at Fontainebleau State Park (Mandeville, Louisiana), we realized that all members of the cleaning crew at the park
were dressed alike, in funny stripped outfits.  Turns out they are inmates from the state prison.  Although it is always a good idea to make these guys work, the downside is it takes work away from local people who could certainly use the money.
