Juanita's Journey

First things first...

I'm sure most of you are wondering:  Who the heck is Juanita? Well, two years ago, Marc and I visited Puerto Vallarta and, upon our arrival, quickly headed to the beach for a look around.  This is where we met Juanita, a sweet-as-pie Mexican beach vendor who was determined to sell us

some jewellery.  Although the sales pitch was not new to us (this was not our first visit to Mexico), Juanita somehow won our hearts. We were heading off to dinner, and in no mood to shop, so we promised to get back to her the next day. When she realized she would not make a sale that day, she made sure we knew her name:  Juanita. 

And so last summer when we bought our 5th wheel - our new home on wheels - we spent some time debating what to name it.  In the end, we settled on Juanita. Why not?!  After all, we are heading to Mexico!  When creating this blog, we also felt it was fitting that we name it "Juanita's Journey."
